- Identify Product Requirements and engage AML Sourcing
- In order to facilitate clear communications with potential manufacturers, it’s important to forward specifications, with initial quantities and lead times. Noting that items will be coming from Asia, normally by sea freight.
- AML will then engage an existing network in Asia.
- AML will contact their representatives based in Asia who will contact the appropriate manufacturers. AML will provide, where appropriate: Prices, Samples and lead times.
- Agree the Terms and Conditions
- Depending on the products deposites may be required, with stage payments. The terms and conditions will vary depending on the individual products but it is important that there is clarity in advance of processing orders.
- Place the Order
- Orders are placed directly with AML who will then action the supply agreement accordingly.
